I explained that I am part of an HOA and they had strict requirements. He said, “No issues; just send me the information, and I will get all the information I need from them.” He did his due diligence, got the information, and got the job done as scheduled. He gave a fair price for the job, and we were satisfied with the results. Definitely recommended to anyone looking to get work done on their roof!!

We discovered some ridge shingles had blown off following some of the recent high wind days and another storm was approaching. We called Josh at Armored Exteriors and he offered to come right over to evaluate the problem. After a short time he arrived and evaluated the damage and said he could get to it that day, gave my wife an estimate and she agreed. He set out to pick up some ridge shingles and was back shortly and completed the repair. Excellent service, cleanup and quality done!! We will use them again anytime without hesitation!!!

I hired Josh to seal a metal roof on an apartment building I own. I have had it sealed several times over the years. Never has it been so thoroughly detailed. His guys scraped, ground down, washed, coated, and then sealed it for a very reasonable price. I have used several roofers in the past 30 years on my properties. However, in the future I will be calling Josh whenever I have roofing needs.

At literally the last minute, after we had sold our Lancaster home and the movers were packing our belongings and loading their truck, Armored Exteriors was able to ensure that the flashing around our chimney was properly installed under the roof shingles to prevent any potential water seepage into our sunroom. Josh quickly returned our call, diagnosed the problem, and worked late that evening to fix the problem so that we could leave the house in good order for the new owners.
